Clinical credibility

Every treatment is grounded in clinical expertise. We don’t cut corners — our standards are what set us apart.

Honesty

We’ll always tell you what we think — even if that means saying no.

No trends

We focus on what’s right for you — not what’s popular on social media.

We care

Every patient matters. We listen, we take our time, and we treat you like a person — not a number.

We innovate

We stay ahead with the latest techniques and technology — always evolving, always improving.

Vibrancy

You won’t get flat or disinterested here! We bring energy, focus, and pride in what we do.

Why nursing?

I’ve always been drawn to situations where I could help somebody. Being a nurse is something that’s kind of in you — you’re a fixer. I’ve always been interested in biology, science, and medicine too, and nursing brings both things together. Every day is different, and at the end of an interaction with a patient you can see the difference your care has made. Most of the time, it doesn’t really feel like a job.

Why aesthetics?

Some people see it as superficial. I see it completely differently. For me, it’s about the subtle improvement. One of my very first patients was a young teacher who’d developed sun damage that was affecting her confidence in front of pupils. Two weeks after treatment she came back with completely different energy — confident, grateful, smiling. You could call it vanity. But when you see that reaction, and what it does for someone’s wellbeing, that’s the reward.

Your approach?

Less is more. It’s not about selling a treatment — it’s about listening to what the patient actually needs. It’s not paint-by-numbers: three areas of Botox, two millilitres of filler. It’s asking: what is your concern? What can we do that is realistic, natural, and works with what you already have? Patients are paying for something premium, so they should receive a premium service — not just in results, but in the whole experience.

When do you say no?

Often. “No” is a powerful tool in aesthetics. Just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s ethical. I see patients who’ve been to other clinics and felt upsold — and that goes against everything I believe in. I’ll only do a treatment if I think it will make a genuine difference, look natural, and suit the patient’s existing anatomy. I’ll often have a better idea of what will work best than the patient does, because I’ve been doing this for 14 years. It takes confidence to say no — but patients deserve that honesty.

What worries patients?

Two things, almost universally. First, pain — which is understandable. My clinical background means I know how to manage that properly: numbing agents, pacing, breathing techniques. Patients often tell me it was far more comfortable than they expected. The second is looking unnatural — worrying that people will notice. Once someone’s had a proper consultation with me, they understand the way I work. The aim is always to look like yourself, just better.

What makes ADAM different?

Everything here is clinician-led. I’m not just administering treatments — I’m assessing, planning, and making clinical decisions at every stage. My background in emergency and urgent care means I’m trained to recognise and manage complications that other practitioners might miss. But beyond safety, it’s the approach: I never wanted to be a salon or shop-front clinic. I wanted patients to be able to come to a calm, private environment where they feel genuinely listened to.
